In connection with your Application and attendance at Events, we may collect:
(a) identification information, including your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, and occupation;
(b) your photograph and/or social media profile links (Instagram, LinkedIn), submitted as part of the vetting process;
(c) responses provided in your Application, including why you are applying to attend;
(d) payment and billing information necessary to process your ticket purchase;
(e) your feedback, provided via post-Event surveys; and
(f) any other information you provide to us in the course of applying for, or attending, an Event.
Payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; ÄUDREE CLUB does not directly store your full payment card information.

We collect personal information:
(a) directly from you, via our website Application form;
(b) through your correspondence with us by email; and
(c) through publicly accessible information, such as a public social media profile you provide as part of your Application.
If you do not provide the information requested in the Application, we may be unable to assess or process your Application.

We may use your personal information to:
(a) assess and vet your Application;
(b) manage the waitlist and issue Invitations;
(c) process ticket payments and confirm your place at an Event;
(d) check your identity and age upon entry to an Event;
(e) communicate with you about your Application, an Invitation, or an Event;
(f) request feedback following an Event;
(g) maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Events and website; and
(h) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Storage, retention and deletion
4.1. Personal information submitted as part of your Application (including photographs) is stored on our website's backend. This data is periodically exported for our internal records and deleted from the website backend following export.
4.2. We take reasonable steps to store your personal information securely, and to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
5. Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose your personal information to:
(a) our website hosting and email service providers, for the purpose of storing and managing your Application;
(b) our payment processor, to process your ticket payment;
(c) venues, for the purpose of verifying your identity upon entry to an Event;
(d) our professional advisors (including accountants and lawyers), where reasonably required; and
(e) regulatory or law enforcement bodies, where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
